Ceramic class in my studio in Modena

You can enjoy and relax while creating your handmade ceramics.

During a 2h meeting I will show you the basics of hand modelling techniques of clay. We can make one large or two smaller pieces of objects of daily use or decoration.

For example it can be a hand pitched mug, slab made plates or a vase made from coils. We will use high quality stoneware clay that is suitable for daily use at home. No needed previous experience with clay.

Firings, materials and use of tools are included in the price of the courses. At the end of the course, we choose a colour of the glaze, then the pieces are fired and ready to be picked up or sent (shipping fees apply).

You can use this also to give as a gift to someone else, so please anwser confirmation email of purchase with writing back the name of the person who will use this voucher. After that I will send you by email the pdf with the voucher to print.

The Voucher is valid for 6 months from the day of the purchase. At that time you or the person who received it can contact me by email to schedule the date of the meeting. Typically, I have availability on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 6pm to 8pm, Wednesday afternoons from 4pm to 6pm, or Thursday and Saturday mornings from 10.30am to 12.30pm. It is advisable to book in advance.

It is possible to buy more lessons that will provide time and possibility to learn more profoundly different aspects of making and decorating ceramics. For example: 3 lessons of making, finishing/decorating and glazing
