Podcast Siamo artigiani veri
Have you ever wondered about the journey of setting up a ceramic studio in Italy? 🇮🇹 I recently had the incredible opportunity to share my story on the podcast 'Siamo Artigiani Veri,' and I couldn't be more excited to let you in on the experience!
During the episode, we dive deep into the world of handmade ceramics. I talk about the unique challenges and joys of being an artisan, especially as someone who set up shop in a new country. From the very beginning, it's been a journey filled with passion, creativity, and a lot of learning.
One of the highlights of our conversation was discussing the stark differences between mass production and handmade craftsmanship. In mass production, speed often takes precedence, leading to up to 30% of pieces being discarded due to imperfections. 😱 But in my studio, every single piece is treated with the utmost care and respect. Each item is a labor of love, carefully crafted to bring beauty and functionality into your homes.
We also chatted about the various activities in my studio, from creating designer home decor and dinnerware to teaching ceramics classes. Every day is a new adventure, and I'm thrilled to share these experiences with you!
If you're curious about what goes on behind the scenes, or if you have questions about handmade versus mass-produced ceramics, this podcast episode is for you. Tune in to hear all about my journey, the art of ceramics, and the wonderful world of artisanal craftsmanship.
